The Blue Season
As soon as blueberries start appearing in the blueberry fields and the regional forest, treat yourself to our desserts made with fresh blueberries, carefully picked by local residents. An explosion of local flavors guaranteed!

Take a few minutes between services to admire the illuminated waterfall from our glass observation deck—a spectacular, breathtaking sight.
When you return to your lodging or home
Enjoy a short hike along the illuminated Dompe trail, or take advantage of the trolleybus service, which runs until late in the evening.

To avoid finding yourself in front of a packed house (our chairs are popular!), we strongly recommend that you reserve online. For last-minute planners: you can try your luck at the front desk when you arrive, but be sure to bring your best smile—we’re often fully booked!
